Hi, I have a Moto G 2nd Gen XT1064 running 4.4.4 KK (21.11.23). I rooted, unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP. I'm really confused about how I go about getting the 5.0.2 OTA update my phone says is available. I tried downloading it 3 times and after I clicked to install it the phone powers off and then puts me in a bootloop while still on KK. So then I install the backup I made in TWRP and it gets me out of the bootloop.
Anyway, is it still possible to use the phones built-in OTA update service somehow or do I need to flash an OTA update using recovery? I read through maybe a dozen threads here but I couldn't figure it out(and I always thought I was a tech savvy guy ) If anybody can help me in any way I'd be extremely grateful!
