Advice on Root, Unroot and flash counter topic

I just bought the z3 a couple of days back and I would like to get root access to the phone primarily to get rid of the horrendous bloatware, I want the right link and I would like to know if I'll be able to update my phone after rooting it, and if there's any Samsung knox like flash counter on this phone which can void the warranty.
