Im Chris, anxiety sufferer out here in San Francisco. I have dealt with anxiety most of my life, and for me, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy was the way out of the woods.
Pacifica is an iOS/Android app I built for anxiety (in consultation with a Postdoctoral Fellow in Psychiatry at the Stanford School of Medicine). It consists of daily activities rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, wellness, and relaxation techniques.
It's our first week. Discussion/feedback greatly appreciated.
