Backup my flashed Note 2 on Boost topic

I have a flashed Note 2 to Boost mobile (had it done at a store). Is there a guide to backup my flash settings on my Note 2? I don't have the original donor phone since it was done at the store so I'd feel a lot better if I had some sort of image file that I can simply load onto the phone in case the flash on my phone is corrupted somehow (via update, etc.)

Also, if I were to upgrade to a Note 3, is there a guide to transfer my flash settings from the Note 2?
