Can't flash recovery, newbie help. topic

Hi,
before posting I've done many search and tried many solution with no effort,
so the problem is: I can't flash any recovery over the one I have: cwm 5.8.0.0

I've tried:

1) adb/fastboot:
adb recognize the phone then when I reboot to bootloader (under win 8.1....) adb can't find no more the device. (usb error code 43)

2)using PD98IMG.zip,
bootloader freezes parsing PD98IMG.zip.

***UNLOCKED***
ACE PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT -2.00.029

Any help or idea appreciated.
