Use Titanium Backup to delete Vivo's Apps
The difference is that the Deodex can add Mods easily, unlike rom Odexed
Make the root process and recovery using this tutorial:

Reboot the machine and access the TWRP
With the rom in flash sdcard give the same
After the flash give wipe cache and dalvik
Restart the system.
