help me turn LG l38c with android 2.3.6 into a kids game emulator! topic

i bought and rooted (with root genius) a white lg l38c optimus dynamic for net10 and a 32 gb sd card. can anyone help me get the sd card memory to be the location apps are sent to instead of the partion of internal memory (1gb) that lg gave me? i also want to overclock cpu (but still have it last until my 5 year old loses it.) i want to permanently disable the ota updates but keep Bluetooth and wifi also. i want to put games and emulators on it for my kid to enjoy. this phone will never be used as a phone.
