..I have a negative account balance of over 600 dollars.
- Back in December i bought a Iphone 6 from coscto.
- Coscto has a 90 day exchange policy where you can swap the phone for a different one.
- Two weeks ago I swapped the iphone for a cheaper samsung phone.
- When i go online to pay my phone bill, it says i have a negative account balance of over 600 dollars.
- I'm not sure if this is normal or if somehow the costco rep messed up the exchange and credited me back the amount for the iphone.
- My bill is due in two weeks, but my account says i do not owe anything.
Has this happened to anyone else before?
