i want flash s5 g900h with a rom that has debbuging mode enabled topic

i broke my screen and i can't find a replacement in here neither a smart dock in order to stream my screen to the pc i have to enable usb debug if someone enables the debug mode in a stock rom then gives it to me would i be able to put it in my phone
or is there a way to install an app directly from the pc like mobile go but without usb debug enabled like in itunes there are apps that can share the screen so i said maybe there is another solution :/ ? any help thank you
