Lte not functioning topic

I bought the att note 2 off craigslist.

Only edge was working.

I flash back to stock firmware
4.1.1
Uclaj2

Still only edge.

I tried *#*#4636#*#*

And enabling lte and wcdma
Only gsm works
Please help me
