No IMEI number registration of my yureka when sim card is inserted..! Plz help ! topic

Unlike the yureka of my friend ( which registered his yureka and its IMEI number when switch on for the first time with sim card inserted through SMS.), mine didn't registered itself.

I have performed factory reset 3 times still no help. The MMX register service is running still not registering my phone through SMS.

Plz help someone !
