I am on Galaxy Note 3 N9005 LTE

My PDA version is XXUEND3
And CSC is XXUENC2

I am unable to get LTE/4G here in Pakistan. I need band 3 1800mHz..
But there is no option..

Can I flash Nordic ROM on this mobile without Tripping Knox?
