[Q] Black screen.... :( topic

Hello to all.
At the last one week i have problem with my screen of my mobile.
Many times shut down and i cant open it. The mobile is power on but the screen during the day shut down.... :/
Even when they call me the screen still remain black!!!
The phone isnt rooted or anythink else....
Do you have any idea why happen this?
