[Q] fix wifi hotspot nokia x topic

i install MiniROM Kitkat Wannabe in nokia x then i wifi hotspot is not turn on(i wait 10 minutes) and i install third party apps "fast file transfer" and "zapya" but wifi hotspot not working. please help me
