[Q] google developer account suspended topic

Hi all,

My google developer account was suspended , i tried to find some one to open another one for me but i cant find
anyway , now i have new credit card , new computer and new ip
the problem is the new ip i have now i was used it to login to my old google developer account , login only but not sign up.

is that save to use it to sign up the new account
