I recently rooted my phone (Micromax Canvas 4), my phone is having 16GB of ROM which is divided in 2 parts 2.4GB for apps and 10GB for storage as internal SD, the 2.4GB is kinda really low for me, I found about link2SD which basically stores apps on SD, it needs a second partition on SD, I followed all the instructions and yesterday when I formatted my SD and made 2 partitions as 8GB for storage (FAT32) and 2GB as second partition for apps (ext4), the phone was unable to read the SD card, even Link2SD didnt detected second storage, I chksdk the SD on PC it found no error, then I formatted the SD from my phone itself it was showing a notification as Internal SD damaged, try reformat, I want able to make it readable again and it was back to original 10 GB storage, luckily i copied the SD data before doing this and I was able to bring back my phone to original condition, so I want anyone to help with second partition and Link2SD.
Also I want to replace gallery with quickpic since stock gallery creates huge thumbnails on internal SD and is slow, when I freeze Gallery with Titanium Backup the stock camera app also freezes, somehow they are connected, is there a way to freeze gallery without freezing stock camera, if there isnt please suggest a camera app that is as good and close to stock camera without extra useless features.
