[Q] Huawei ascend Y511-U30 data change notification topic

everytime i go away from my wifi my huawei ascend y511-u30 give a notification it says data connection change try to use mobile data if i dont press OK it will stay ofline and no internet activity will work so everytime i have to manualy turn on data ...so is there any thing to make it automatic like other androids means if they dont find wifi they connect automatically to sim data please help
