Hi, good morning in South Korean time :)
It's so awkward for me to write a thread in unfamiliar and foreign website. haha
I hope that all of you generously understand my poor english.
Anyway, I'd like to ask you for help. :crying:
I'm a korean girl having used huawei ascend mate 7 since 2015.02.01.
It was given from my uncle who lives in China.
Unfortunately, the system of my mate7 was broken only a few days ago.
So I struggled to solve the problem myself by searching for the similar problems
and I soon found out that my phone might be on soft brick
because the symptoms that i found are the same.
However, there is almost no information about unbricking my phone among the Korean search engine
because in Korea, the phone isn't formally introduced yet.
I really made an effort, but I couldn't find any other ways. That's why i came up to here.
Here is the list of things that are going on with my phone :
① pressing and holding all of volume +,- and the power buttons does only boot my phone,
but it also stops and doesn't get past the logo like the included pic.
additionally, I don't know how to enter download mode or recovery mode by using buttons.
② I tried to resolve the problem by connecting the phone with my pc, but I couldn't
because my pc couldn't recognize my phone though usb driver was already installed.
What can I do to resolve the problem? I hope to hear from you soon :) plz
