[Q] I can flash only custom ICS Rom topic

Hi! I have 2 Desire X one black and one white. First white- I had Stock Jelly bean ROM, but i wanted to change some things. So i unlock bootloader, load TWRP recovery, do NAND backup and wipe and i flash this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2196243 . Everythink ok, nice ROM. On the Black one i had Stock Jelly bean too- unlock bootloader, TWRP recovery, NAND backup, Root. I copy TWRP backup and edit it (i deleted some apps and some apps added). I did wipe. So i flash my "custom" edited stock rom. Ok, i flash it, phone boot. Everthing ok. Now back to White- i want to try something on stock rom, so i want to flash my "custom" rom from black one, but after reboot HTC for developers only ..... screen appeared and then only black screen. I try it again and same result. So i tried to flash boot.img via fastboot. Same resulat. I try to restore from Backup and still same result. What im am doing wrong?
