[Q] Media device controllable by android that connects via Bluetooth topic

I wasn't sure how to condense this into a title. I am looking for a device similar to the lingo ivy (which I can't find for sale).
I would like a device that has a built in fm radio reciever tuner that I can connect to via Bluetooth and control from my android tablet. I Would also like this device to receive streams from my tablet for my own music.
I plan on using this for a carputer, I was thinking of using a Bluetooth speaker with built in fm function and hacking it up so I can connect the bt speaker wires to an amp and then to my car speakers but I can't find one :(
