[Q] Need Suggestion whether to factory reset or software reset topic

I have the retail Verizon Note 4 and recently it's been hesitating. I have all the apps that I want turned off . I use Greenify , which works and helps a lot. My battery life is insane good. Without a charge, during the day, I'm at 60% at 8 pm from a 7 am unplug.

But I notice that phone is sluggish between apps or using Chrome or the stock browser. I'm a clean freak as far as tempos files and junk plus I restart at least once a day.
Plus one odd items is that I get Windows errors copying and pasting pictures from the phone (SD or Internal storage) to the computer. I've owned an S3 & S4 and never had an issue copying anything.

I talked to Samsung and they suggested not a factory reset but a software reset. They said Verizon could do it at the store. Now my question is , is there a file out there for the Verizon Note 4 that I can "Odin"? Or should I try to get a new one from Verizon
