[Q] Neef Help For MotoG2 format topic

I haveca moto g2
I want to format but dont want to uninstall my latest updates of lollipop
So if i do a factory reset will my lollipop update remains or will it become kitkat again?
I want to format my cell fully but i dont want to uninstall updates.
Help needed.
