[Q] Phone will not call out. topic

I had my old phone on while my new phone was powering on. Someone called me during this process now I can't call anyone on my new phone. The phone call went through on the old phone that's not activated anymore while the new activated one was powering on. Do anyone have an idea of what's wrong? Do you think the call activated my old phone ,to the point, I can't call anyone on the new one?
