[Q] problem trying to install android in window 8.1 laptop topic

hello everyone i dont know why the partition i made in windows wasnt showing during the android installation or maybe i dont understand the procedures
so picture one is the screen shot i took after i made the new partition(Drive D) ready for the android

pic two show the result of the fdisk -l command but it did now show the 9.7GB at the bottom of the screen.
