[Q] Samsung Galaxy S4 i9506, Any good/Fastest S4? topic

According to GSM Arena, S4 i9506 has 2.3GHz, which is the highest for the S4(Correct me if i'm wrong)
So considering the 2.3GHz speed, i just want to get it no. But is it good, is the fastest S4? Which one should i buy?
