[Q] SM-n910v 4G LTE on AT&T? topic

I am using a note 4 from verizon wireless on AT&T. I've read that the hardware does support the LTE frequency band but it is not using the LTE or connecting. It stays on 3G / HSPA. Is this a software issue? Can the LTE only work on CDMA networks? Can this be fixed?
