[Q] sn - n9005, 4g not showing even with the 4g sim topic

sn - n9005, 4g symbol is not showing on the device even though i have a 4g sim.
the service providers said it works on 1800 or something .
is that the problem.
even in the setting i dont see the 4g lte option.
any suggestions
