[Q] Vibration is not working topic

Hi Guys,
Suddenly my phone vibrator for incoming call and message notifications is not working...I disabled and enabled it again but no luck....I don't know any process is blocking the vibrator or its a Hardware issue...(Note: Used the Z-Device Test App to check Vibrator..but it doesn't doing anything)
Any ideas?????
