Root Problem GT-I9190 Wrong Kernel, Help Please topic

I ran into a problem when flashing and rooting my S4 Mini 4G LTE and after it leaves download mode, the screen goes black, and the wont turn on, except in the when the phone is of and it shows the battery charging, and in download mode itself.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed that I have flashed the wrong kernel and CWM, for the 3G version, not the 4G.

Is there anyway to fix this??

I have a feeling that if I tried to apply a stock kernel and firmware that it would solve the problem.

But without access to recovery I am not sure how to do this.

Would there be a way to do this with Odin or a computer program, or is there something I have missed.

Thanks in advance, and I'll be here all day till I can fix it :P
