Just wondering if anyone out there might know whether the Maas360 application (a corporate MDM app) would check for the status of the Knox flag on a Samsung device? I know this is very specific - but I can't seem to find the answer to this.
If you aren't familiar, this is an app that I am required to run my my IT department in order to get my work email on my phone. It DOES check for ROOT, and my Tab Pro 8.4 is completely stock right now so I am just fine. I really want to try another ROM on my tablet, though - so I am willing to forego my mail access on the tablet (since I have my stock phone) on me all the time anyway.
HOWEVER, my question is whether I will have issues after tripping Knox and flashing back to a stock rom (unrooted), is there any risk of failing the various checks that this Maas360 app would run? The app that is used specifically is this one:
