Screen Won't Wake on Lollipop Roms topic

I have had this issue on all lollipop roms Ive flashed and have not seen anyone mention this issue in any thread. I am unable to get the screen to wake up unless I plug the device in. The power button will not wake the screen. It is not powered off or rebooting. I know this because it wakes up immediately upon plugging it in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
