ST18i Restarting topic

Hey everyone.

Phone ST18i after a fall keeps restarting on logo.

Is it possible to repair software (if that software issue) without wiping all data stored on device?

Or

Is it possible to access phone memory and extract all personal data while it is off or in flashmode or keeps restarting?

Most important is whats in memory, instead functionality of device.
