stuck on complete boot f460l topic

i have f460l
i flashed 20c for it, now it just stucks at complete boot
it restarts ok, optimize the 182 apps, and then get stuck on complete boot, the led light keeps blinking
if i restart it again it will do the same thing
pls help me out, i tried 10i, but i think downgrading is not possible.
