@xperiacle had a little time, and created a small program. SwipeUp - it is similar to Pullup, but with swipeup you can also set shortcuts.
For this, you also need a prepared launcher. I use SwipeuP at the moment with a little app also by xperiacle called Multiwindowtraytoggle. Program and prepared Launcher are attached. Just install the app as normal app and push the launcher with the right permissions rw-r-r to system/priv-app/TouchwizHome_K.
