[THEME][CM12] Simple Dark Cyan topic

Hello !

I want to introduce my new theme for CM 12 theme engine"Simple Dark Cyan". I started theming for now so dont expect so many things for now. You can expect for later;)

Features

- Changed framework main color teal to cyan.
- Modified systemUI (quick settings , volume settings )
- Modified settings (icons , main color)
- New wallpaper
- Dial tone
- Notification tone
- Alarm tone
- A little icon pack (I am planning to extand it)
