[Q] Help VS98512B trying to flash back to 10B topic

So I have been out of the game for awhile. Have not flash anything since my Razr Maxx. Anyways finally got a phone again. And can not stand being stock anymore. So I know I got to flash from 12B to 10B in order to Root. But I can not get it to go with the kdz. The most I got to was 9 % and it stayed there for 45 minutes. I have seen where it took people only around 5 minutes. Am i missing something here?
