mi4 water resistance? topic

Ok, I've seen the mi4 listed by a couple sites as water resistant with ip67 rating. However I dont see that on anything official from xiaomi. the mi band was released at the same time, and the mi band IS ip67 waterproof. so I'm assuming that the mi4 is not water resistant. Can anyone confirm this?

Curious to see how many people are taking their watches into pools, the shower, etc. I have yet to expose mine to water, but interested to do so because hey, that's one of the big perks of our watch compared to many of the other android wear watches, water proofing(as far as the limit allows). So what water has your smartwatch seen? If any.

Has anybody tried Xperia S's water resistance topic

I know that it isn't a waterproof or water resistant phone, but my Xperia S has contacted a little water (I used it in rain, I put it in my wet pocket on the beach and I used it with wet hands (it works better with wet hands than my Z2)) and it has no problems. So please post the result if your Xperia S has contacted water

Water immersed in z1 topic

Mi and my friend inserted our z1 and z in a fish tank playing a video but after a minute or two both phones stopped working and turned off and since then not starting.
When connected to charger it shuts down continuously and when we opened the flaps there was water in it..our flaps were intact still somehow the water got in and don't know how...!
Now we sent them for a repair.
Can somebody please tell what will charges and what can be the damage:(

Hello guys, i just bought a xperia z2, and i wonder, where are those white strips that get red when in touch with water located? I've searched under the flaps but no water sensor there. Got any ideea? thank you

First off, I'd like to apologize for my first post to the forums being a stupid situation such as this one, but you know, it's noob friendly :laugh: Secondly, I'm in a pretty bad spot right now. Of course me being the idiot I am took my phone to the bathroom with me, I went to grab my shorts and little did I know, I left my phone sitting on them. When I pulled the shorts out the phone fell straight into the toilet (guess you could say my situation is pretty "crappy"). It was in the water for no longer than 10 seconds and I removed the battery and SIM card from the phone in no longer than a minute. The phone was not completely submerged, but it did fall top first. After my phone had been in the rice for an hour, my curiosity got the best of me. I wanted to see what would happen if I put the battery back in my device. When I tried to, I head a sizzling noise. Does this mean my phone or battery is "fried?" The red LED was still on the front of my phone so I'm led to believe that the phone is still working, but I'm not sure. Any tips will help. Thanks in advance!

Autumn Leaves on Water Live Wallpaper missing after update to Lollipop? topic

I just updated my M8 (stock, no root) to Lollipop, and I noticed the Live Wallpaper with the leaves on the water is missing. Is there any way I can download it from somewhere and add it again? Do you guys have it?
