Can someone with root check something for me? topic

I have an App called simple recovery switcher and currently it does not support Intel CPU's. I've never even played with a Intel android device.

Can someone check the by-name path for recovery?
it would be in /dev/block/platform/SOME FOLDER NAME HERE/by-name/recovery (or sometimes on terga devices will be SOS, not sure what they name it on Intel based devices)

What I need is the folder name after platform and then whatever the recovery name is called. Also in the build/prop can you tell me the values for ro.product.board and ro.board.platform?Thanks in advance

[Q] How to check Bootloader status? topic

Greetings people on this forum, I just wanted to find out how to check the Bootloader status on my Note 3.

I bought this phone yesterday, and I thought I bought the Exynos version but apparently I got the Snapdragon 800 version signed to Verizon. Though I have my suspicions about my seller because they sold it to me in the spanish text box, stating it had the Exynos octacore chip inside. But I'm happy that it's not that version because the Snapdragon is better lol

It's the 32gb variant and I've been looking through the forums and saw the device has Cyanogenmod 11, but requires the Developer edition of the phone. Now I have absolutely no idea how to check bootloader status, which is why I'm posting here.

As you know, the model number is the SM N900V.

Any other information could be provided.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated :D

check xperia z2 used or new topic

Hello guys, i need a quick answer on the following question, cuz i have the opportunity of buying a "new" z2 in a couple of hours, but i need some final advice.
A guy at my workplace, owned a z2. On the screen's phone, appeared a yellow stain so he sent it to warranty. They replaced his phone (he showed me the warranty in which orange completed "replaced", the old phone's imei number along with the new phone's imei number, the old phone's box and the new one's box etc). I checked in the service menu the total call time, which was about 20 minutes, so it's ok from yesterday when he received the new replaced phone to talk 20 minutes. Also the phone has no scratch on it.
But now it's my question? besides the waranty paper and the boxes and so on, i rely on the total call time to check if the phone is new or not. Now, in case of aa hard reset that counter in the se4rvice menu, resets also? or it remains the same? (in my xperia Z, reinstalling the software using sony pc companion didn't affect total call time). So any advices? Besides that can i look at other things to see if indeed the phone is new? Thank you
