Debloat question topic

I don't quite remember all the ins & outs of this and with a locked bootloader and lack of factory images for an AT&T S5...

If I take my rooted AT&T S5 and using Titanium Backup convert the system apps I don't want on my phone into user space and uninstall or delete them, will a factory restore bring those back when I sell/trade the phone away?
