lg f160l not detecting in download mode topic

hi,
i have lg f160. which was bricked after flashing some rom. Now the phone is stuck on lg security error bootloop. I connect it to pc in download mode but computer doesn't recognize my device at all. No driver installation, no popups, nothing appears in device manager either. On same pc. Lg optimus g is detected in download mode without a problem. I tried different pc and cable. But still nothing. I cleaned the usb ports of mobile but nothing changed.

Is this a hardware/motherboard issue?

Adria ROM not detecting SD card? topic

I just flashed Adria ROM for the 3rd time and it is still not detecting my SD card for some apps! Some are Helium backup and Roehsoft ram expander. However I still can browse using file explorers. Help!
