I do not know, how silly is my question..

Why no one is attempting to build Gingerbread/Jelly Bean roms for Moto E.
I feel there are wide varieties of ROMs available in GB Version, like Mokee, Joy OS, MIUI, Lewa, DX, Sense3, etc., which will be a real visual treat for eyes.

Just sharing a thought flickered in my mind..

[Q] Best root for 4.3 to run titanium? (total noob) topic

Hello all.

I have looked at root threads till my eyes bleed, but being an absolute total noob to android (but not to devices) I am having a hard time.

I want to root my Note 3 SM-900V running 4.3 so I can run titanium backup.

Can anyone point me to a step by step? The phone is currently wiped and I am not too worried about knox if that matters.

[Q] Drive errors reported in TWRP creating a nandroid . (Another Noob Question) topic

First I like to thank berndblb for Beginners Guide to root and flashing a custom ROM on the TF700T. :good:
I was able to get it unlocked and TWRP 2.8.4.0 installed using Minimal ADB and Fastboot . Got this error when creating a nandroid and also it happened again when Copying Log to SD.
E:Failed to get default contexts and file mode for storage files.
From what I can find on error ,it seems to be in TWRP related after version is 2.8.1.0. Should I flash 2.8.1.0 and do I have to delete 2.8.4.0 first ?
I am still reading about About F2FS and getting ready to flash a Rom. But before I Screw stuff up as a Noob.
I am trying to learn be for I (Error}!

screwed up phone bad,think its some kinda bricked HELP PLZ NOOB topic

So I had cm12 installed and something happened to where my.phone was lagging so I said screw it and reflashed, while something happened and now I tried to while everything. Well I think I did something wrong because I lost all my apps in the app drawer,but when I go into file manager all my stuff is still there,but now the last couple times I tried to reboot the charging light was flashing red to yellow, but when I take the battery out and put it back in it reboots fine back to the screwed up home screen. Still with all my apps and pictures. Viewable in file manager.someone please help I'm freaking out thinking my phone is screwed up for good ....

noob to android tips? topic

hey so im a noob to android! :P ive been on here reserching some stuff but i think its time to actually say i need help....... ive heard that touchwiz's keyboard sucks and have google keyboard now but still seems like my messages app is lagging like crazy...... i don't know if its apps running in the background or whatever it is (ive been with the iphone since the 3g.....) is there any tips to make my note 4 like crazy fast and stop the lagging?

[Q] (Noob) How do you root a one m8 (lollipop)? topic

Hey folks, I have a international european one m8 that runs lollipop. I was wondering if anyone could link me to a recent guide about how to go about rooting it. I know that there's the all in one kit that people used but I went on that thread and it seems unused for some time which gave me doubts about whether it would be recent and work for lollipop. Can someone therefore suggest a more recent guide or tell if the all in one toolkit method still works?
