[Q] Weird screen pops up on homescreen topic

I was stuck on samsung galaxy note 10.1 n8013 screen and kept telling me had efs error somehow got it to boot after trying a few things (though it didn't work) but it did I guess but now on the homescreen it pops up this. Hope pic is there
Does anyone kinow how to get rid of it?

com.android.phone stopped working msg pops up everytime topic

From today morning after restarting my moto e (XT 1022) it was saying "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone stopped working" everytime and when it appeared again and again as soon as I clicked OK. So I couldn't use my phone. I wiped data and also flashed RETAIL-DSDS_CONDOR_KXC20.82-14_cid7_CFC_1FF by fasboot but same things happen.
My baseband is showing MSM8610BP_1034.307.26.00R while another moto e of my friend ( same model) is MSM8610BP_1034.307.26.02P

But I managed to change runtime into ART and the problem has gone, but whenever I change into Dalvik it appears again.
PLZ help me to fix this problem...
