Can't sign in with google & Phone isn't rebooting after factory reset topic

My Karbonn Titanium s5 plus stucked in bootloop after installing 42 modules(too much) in xposed installer..I factory reset it but after restoring all data via titanium backup it says a reboot is needed & again stucks in bootloop..I have to factory reset it again & again
Also I'm unable to sign in with my Google account via WiFi or mobile data..It says temporary problem occurred..all google play apps are stopped now...plz help
