Lost data connection topic

I have Galaxy note 3 sm-n9005 16gb
i tried to update it to android 5
((AP_N9005XXUGBNL8_CL3643614_QB3415922_REV00_user_ low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5))
but its says FAIL .. image file too big.

so i loaded this file
((N9005ZHUENF1_N9005ZZHENF1_N9005ZHUENF1_HOME.tar. md5)).
but the phone didn't work .

after too many tried too many file, i got it back working with these files

But the phone lost the
DATA CONNECTION, it's not working anymore
APN protocol and APN roaming protocol ... not active
please i need your help
