Netd battery drainage topic

Guys this is driving me crazy and nobody can't answer me. I'm using gooh s5 based note 4 looks tw rom with latest lean kernel and netd is using most of my battery and I don't know why or how to stop it. The info about netd in Google is confusing to me. It's not that I have bad battery life but if I can improve it by stopping this process, which is always at a 100% according better battery stat, I would to do that. Anybody can share some knowledge?
