[Q] Droid RAZR HD Bootloop, Help! topic

Help! my Motorola is stuck in a boot loop. It only shows the red M and stays there. Its the VZW_XT926 (vanquish).
I tried partition wipe and a factory restore. I also cant get the unlock key to unlock the boot loader.
Fastboot works and i can enter recovery (stock). -Not rooted -not unlocked
