[Q] Factory Reset topic

I recently bought this tablet, and stupidly, upgraded to Lollipop right away. How do I revert this tablet back to it's original state?

I have downloaded a Kit-Kat image from Nvidia's website but I can't seem to get anything from the instructions to work. It appears as though my bootloader is locked, but the instructions on their website don't work for me.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not interested in rooting, as this tablet does what I need it to without root.
