[Q] Is it possible to Screen Monitor with LG G2? topic

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to Screen Mirror movies and subtitles from my Win7 PC thru my LG G2 (4,4,2) to a Samsung SmartTV (50F6400).
Is it possible using exclusively software or is there no way but purchasing hardware?
If possible, please suggest a method?
If impossible, please suggest a preferred piece of hardware.
