[Q] Phone not working, Can not reset topic

Hi,

I have a Moto G (XT1033) RetailAsia edition purchased from FlipKart in India. This is now showing error message on starting,

Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped.
Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.

Each time I touch OK button, same or another app error repeats in screen.
However, I am able to go to Settings and Reset by tapping these error messages (more than 50 times to reach there), below error is shown in Boot Menu.

Fastboot reason: Fall-through from recovery boot mode

I can not Open recovery Menu and Factory reset from Boot menu is also not working.

Please help.
