[Q] S5 intermittently powers off even though it is charged topic

Greetings

For the last week my device has been powering off at least once every two hours (sometimes more often) even though battery is not low. I won't be able to turn the device on (with it plugged in to charger or otherwise) unless I take the battery out and put it back in.

I have not rooted my device. It is about 3 months old and is in pristine condition.

I have tried booting in safe mode to narrow down if it was a specific app causing the issue and it still powered off.

Any ideas?
